I for one think meditating is really hard but yoga is a great way to begin to feel relaxed and can even put you in a meditative state!
The goal is to get your body and breathing flowing as one and its a brilliant way to help quieten the mind. I could really use some help in that department!
Yoga is also a great physical activity for both men and women in not only gaining flexibility, but also balance and strength.
This Youtube clip below is a 20 minute routine with some simple moves that are great for beginners. I am going to give this a go today!
